Sadly passed to the Bridge

My name is Princessa but right now I don't feel much like a princess.  You see, my family dropped me off at the local shelter a few weeks ago where Dal Rescue found me.  Since I wasn't properly cared for, I developed heartworm disease.  Ordinarily, heartworms would not be such a big deal to Dal Rescue since they treat a lot of cases, but since I am 14 years of age, that poses a unique problem for Dal Rescue.

Once my kennel cough clears up, Dal Rescue will get me to the vet to see what they can do for me to make me comfortable for the remainder of my years.  If untreated, heartworms can be fatal, but I have a lot of faith that between my new Doc and Dal Rescue, that my later years will be spent in the very best care possible.

That's where you can play a big role............if you cannot foster or adopt me and still want to help, I am sure Dal Rescue would really appreciate the financial support for my medical bills.  Your monthly support will help provide the medications I will need and the creature comforts of a new orthopedic bed offering me optimum comfort.
